One of the best PT locations in Norwood. The Doctor takes her time to get to know you and all of your problems. The office staff is also amazing. It’s like walking into your house. Everyone has a smile 😊

I’ve had a great experience at Tender Loving Care Physical Therapy in the Bronx. The therapists are professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. They take their time to teach the exercises the right way and truly care about your progress. The office is clean and welcoming, and the front desk staff is always polite and respectful. I feel so much better since starting therapy here. Highly recommend!

So Tender Loving Care Therapy is not like the others; such as motion sports medicine, hospital branded PTs, etc. I was diagnosed with swollen herniations, L5-S1, L4-L5; one that would automatically need surgery, which is always least recommended cause it's too risky. And we aren't even counting the multiple disc bulges I was shown to have and the Sciatica. I couldn't walk for months. But thanks to Tender loving care therapy, I'm walking again. I was in a dark place health wise due to my injury and I'm happy to say that I can walk again. And though healing from a herniated disc is not linear, Tender loving care therapy helps you every step of the way with questions and quick anatomy lessons.
*** Bonus, Tender Loving Care Therapy has a PHD certified Mackenzie Specialist PT. Yes, they are hard to find one and one that is dedicated to her patients, I'm proof.
*** They are flexible with scheduling and are very helpful in that regard, will call you cause they haven't seen you in a while cause lacking PT for an injury is truly detrimental. I know that from experience.
Someone such as Kanchan Shenoy having certification in the Mackenzie method is a rarity, especially in the Bronx. You won't find that in Montifiore, Motion Sports Medicine, Her advice is key to healing. She is wonderful, passionate, and caring of her patients; all you have to do is listen and follow her guidance. Don't be one of those "I went to physical therapy but didn't do much" patients. Do what you need to do on your end, it's the only way we get better from the injuries we all have sustained. JUST DO YOUR PART. And be patient, these injuries aren't like ankle sprains, you just can't push through all the time.
If you have a recently injured back, herniation, pelvic, groin, hip, even arthritis, sciatica etc. Kanchan Shenoy and Tender Loving Care Therapy can help.
